Profile

Laleh completed her articles at a boutique civil and commercial litigation firm in downtown Toronto. Since her call to the Bar in 2013, she has turned her focus to personal injury law.

Laleh is a graduate of the Bachelor of Laws program from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, the Solicitor’s Legal Practice Course from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom and has completed her Master of Laws. Prior to law school, Laleh completed her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from the University of Toronto, where she majored in Psychology and Philosophy.

Laleh is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, Toronto Lawyers Association, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto. In addition to having taught law courses at the University of Leicester, Laleh was also a caseworker for the Pro Bono Law Clinic at De Montfort University.

She is a member of the Canadian Law Society at the University of Leicester and a member of the Mentorship Program of the university. Laleh has been a volunteer judge in the Ontario Justice Education Network program as a part of their Grade 5 Mock Trial initiative. She has been a student representative on the program management board of two law schools in the United Kingdom and a volunteer judge in client interview competitions in the United Kingdom.

Having volunteered extensively at various organizations, Laleh is passionate about advocating, the legal profession, and combining legal practice with academia. Laleh speaks Farsi, Turkish, and Azari and is pleased to assist Falconeri Munro Tucci LLP clients requiring communication in those languages.
